Hi everyone! This is my first attempt at making a fondant covered cake (which is pretty obvious! It has so many flaws hehehe!) This is a Topsy Turvy Cake but my mom has so many embarrassing names for it (like a Bootylicious Cake HAHAHA!) It took me 13 hours to finish the cake with the help of my mother, my cousin Iyah and Aunty Salmah. Thanks you guys!! WHEW!!!

This cake is about 16 inches tall and SO VERY HEAVY!! It's a moist chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling. :D I hope I get another chance to bake this cake again! :D
