Pavlova
I have always enjoyed pavlovas, mostly because they are oh-so-purdyyyy! :3
Whipped one up for the first time today. :) Enjoyed making it that's fer sure. Just a bit disappointed that the meringue base cracked too much during the transferring process. Nonetheless, didn't affect the taste at all :)
Please also note that the frosting contains raw egg whites. Not advisable for those with allergies, babies, toddlers and expectant mothers. :3
